Derrick saved the day on a tire that was leaking air. He also alerted me to lug nuts needing replaced. Fast, friendly service. The whole team appeared to like working together. Kudos to good company culture!

Lucas Tire and Auto Care is amazing. I have an older car that needs a lot of work. They didn't take advantage of me being a lady that knows nothing about cars. Dennis was my initial contact. Then I met Derrick McGhee he went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything that was done to my car. Gineen was also very helpful. They are great with following up on their work. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Lucas Tire and Auto Care. This is the place to go for all of your automative needs and tires. I have received great service here and I have been in for a new tire, an oil change and a tire repair. Each time, I have been met with helpful individuals willing to go above and beyond. When a new tire was supposed to be here, and wasn’t (with an impending road trip the following day) they went the extra mile and sourced the tire, installing it same day. They also messaged to make sure all was well. I will continue to give this place my business.

Great service and products from Gineen and Lucas Tires. This is the real deal, old school, neighborhood shop. Had an unexpected tire mishap and Gineen got me right in and squared away with 4 new tires in short time. They exceeded all expectations. And, she called a Lyft to take me home while the vehicle was being worked on. I highly recommend this shop!
